Despite introducing a new R18+ rating, many games are still being denied a rating, essentially meaning they cannot be sold here.
This removes all choice from the consumer and simply reflects the poor condition of our classification system.
We are denied the right to choose what we play, despite the National Classification Code stating that "adults should be able to read, hear and see what they want".
The code is flawed and contradictory, and almost feels like we would prefer to ignore the problem than solve the issue.
